ASSEMBLY

Plumbing Loader

1. Replace male couplers supplied with the tractor to the new ones with the loader keeping the colors

consistent.

2. Place sleeve over four hoses.

3. Connect hoses (4) to the adapter fittings, starting from the bottom tube (5).

4. Install dust caps onto the free end of the hoses, making sure that the color codes shown in Chart 1 below.

5. Connect hoses to the valve, keeping the colors consistent.

Port Identification

Port #1 - Red, Tilt Cylinder Rod End

Port #2 - Blue, Tilt Cylinder Base End

Port #3 - Yellow, Lift Cylinder Base End

Port #4 - Black, Lift Cylinder Rod End
