■ When using coaxial cable:

It is possible to output audio through the DIGITAL AUDIO COAXIAL terminal.

NOTE

Depending on the board, only video signals may be output. In this case, in addition to connecting an HDMI-certified cable to the INPUT 3 (HDMI) terminal, connect an audio cable to the AUDIO PC/HDMI terminal and set “HDMI1 Audio” to “DVI”. (See page 27.)

The HDMI terminals only support digital signal.

When using DVI-HDMI conversion cable (INPUT 3):

NOTE

When using an DVI-HDMI conversion cable, you should make an analog audio connection. In this case, in addition to connecting an DVI-HDMI conversion cable to the INPUT 3 (HDMI) terminal, connect an audio cable to the AUDIO PC/HDMI terminal and set “HDMI Audio” to “DVI”. (See page 27.)
