Connecting External Devices

You can enjoy picture and sound by connecting a VCR or a home video game system to the terminals located on the rear of the main unit.

When connecting an external device, turn off the POWER of the main unit first to prevent any possible damage.

For the cable, use a commercially available audio/video cable.

For more information about external device connections, see the manuals of your external devices.

Outputting Video and Audio (Video Output)

You can output video and audio signals from the LCD TV set through the INPUT4/OUTPUT terminal.

When using INPUT4/OUTPUT as an output terminal, select “SETUP” in the Menu screen and set “INPUT4 SELECT” to “OUT”. (See page 24.)

The factory setting for “INPUT4 SELECT” is “IN”.
