PROCEDURE DISPLAY
•If the electrical power supply to your microwave oven
should be interrupted, the display will intermittently
show
88:88
after the power is reinstated. If this oc-
curs during cooking, the program will be erased. The
time of day will also be erased. Simply touch STOP/
CLEAR and reset the clock for the correct time of day.
00 (hour) will flash.
BEFORE OPERATING
•Before operating your new toaster oven with micro-
wave make sure you read and understand this opera-
tion manual completely.
•Before the oven can be used, follow these procedures:
1.Plug in the oven. Close the door. The oven display
will begin flashing

2.Touch STOP/CLEAR.

3.Set clock. See below.
4. Condition the heaters by heating oven without food.

TO SET THE CLOCK

•Suppose you want to enter the correct time of day 12:30
(A.M. or P.M.).

Touch CLOCK.
Enter the correct hour by
rotating the rotary dial.

Touch CLOCK again.

STOP/CLEAR

Touch STOP/CLEAR to:
1. Erase if you make a mistake during programming.
2. Cancel timer.
3. Stop the oven temporarily during cooking.
4. Return the time of day to the display.
5. Cancel a program during cooking, touch twice.
MANUAL OPERATION
Your oven can be programmed for 95 minutes (95.00)
using the rotary dial. The increments for time entry vary
from 10 seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the total
length of the cooking /defrosting time as shown in the table
below:

There are six preset power levels. Using lower power
levels increases the cooking time, which is recom-
mended for foods such as cheese, milk and long slow
cooking of meats. Consult cookbook or recipes for
specific recommendations.
•Suppose you want to defrost for 5 minutes at 30%.

will sound and will appear in the display.

•Suppose you want to cook for 5 minutes at 100%.

TO SET POWER LEVEL

You can program up to 3 cooking sequences.
Follow directions on page 21. Note that the power level
must be entered first when programming multiple sequences.

clockwise. If you turn it counter-clockwise, the cooking
time will decrease from 95 minutes.
