Using the directory and other lists

Caller list

Use the display key Û to access the caller list and the answering machine/mail box. The caller list contains the numbers of the last 10 missed calls. Missed calls are dis- played by a flashing symbol Û when the phone is in idle mode.

Requirement for this: The caller's number has been sent (CLIP, page 12).

The caller list is shown in the display as follows:

CALLS 02/08

Number of old, previously read entries in the list Number of entries in the list

Open caller list and select entry

You can view entries in the caller list that have already been read.

Û		Open caller list.
[__________] [CALLS	] [OK ]	Select and confirm.
CALLS 00/10		The last incoming call is displayed.
		Select entry.

For new incoming calls press the display key Û. You can then immediately select a new entry.

Calling back a caller from the list

Open caller list and select entry. Then:

Press the talk key.

Copying an entry from the caller list to the directory or deleting

Open caller list and select entry (see above). Then:

[MENU]				Press display key to open menu.
either ...				Copy phone number to the directory:
[__________] [COPY TO DIR			] [OK ]	Select and confirm.
OK[	]			If necessary change number. Confirm.
OK[	]			Enter name (text entry page 31) and confirm.
or ...				Delete phone number:
[OKDELETE		] [__________]		Confirm.
... then
				Long press (return to idle mode).
