Welcome to the world of Induction.

Induction is a form of cooking where the heat used for cooking is generated in the cooking vessel, rather than the stovetop. It’s a faster and more energy-efficient way of cooking than a traditional electric hob.

Liberate your pans from restricted cook zones, with flexInduction.

Each flexInduction zone uses four innovative elongated oval inductors beneath the glass, each of which can act independently to sense the presence of cookware on the hob. Only if the cookware is detected will the individual inductors work, ensuring efficient operation whether a 10cm diameter milk pan is placed in one corner, or a large griddle plate covers the whole zone.

Quality, safety and cleaning.

At Siemens, we‘ve found the higher, the former, the easier, the latter.

With their slim shape and tough stain and scratch resistant wipe clean surfaces, it’s easy to see why our smooth, high-gloss finish ceramic hobs are the ideal electric hobs for so many people.

Safety switch off

The second you press the power button, all the cooking zones instantly switch off – so should you be called away from the kitchen for any reason, you can rest assured that everything is under control.

Simply press the main on/off sensor for a few seconds to lock the controls and prevent inadvertent operation. Easily re-activated by repeating the process.

Effective automatic pan recognition

Like our traditional induction hobs, Siemens

flexInduction hobs feature automatic pan recognition technology. The flexInduction zone will react to a pan placed anywhere on the extended cook surface – right up to the edges.

More reliable small object detection

As each of the unique inductors work independently, the hob is extremely good at recognising what is – and what isn’t – a pan. The area of the cook surface under, say,

a discarded spoon will not be activated, even while the pans on the surface continue to be heated normally.

Better energy efficiency

Only areas of the flexInduction cook surface that are actually in contact with the cookware are active at any particular time, so no energy is wasted.

Better heat distribution

The innovative elongated shape of the inductors means that larger pans enjoy more evenly distributed heat, and there are no ‘cool spots’ where the pan is not over an induction coil, which means your dish will be beautifully and evenly cooked.

Domino hob

With the domino modular hob, you have the freedom of designing your own cooking centre. Using a combination of gas, ceramic hob and cook burner of barbecue grill, these units can be built in separately or combined, for the ultimate cooking experience.
