This feature allows you to activate a Call Back on an extension if it is busy or if there is no reply
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO
Call Back (Busy)
Depress busy Ext. Key
Depress CALL BACK Key
When required Ext. is free
Switchboard rings
Lift handset
Extension you require is now ringing
Ring Back (No answer)
Same as above except
Depress Idle Ext. Key
