Depress busy Ext. Key 18

When required Ext. is free

Switchboard rings call back:23

Lift handset 23

send message? >

Extension you require is now ringing

Ring Back (No answer)

Same as above except

Depress Idle Ext. Key Ring tone is heard

When user returns to his office and either makes a call or receives a call the

feature is activated.
