Thespecified tilting area refers to the zero position of the monitor foot marked with an arrow.
Error handling
Shouldan error occur, first check the following points. If the distortion is still not eliminated, the
monitorshould, if possible, be checked on another PC and/or with another data cable.
Ifyou cannot solve the problem, contact customer service.
Thescreen is blank (power indicator does not light)
Ê Check whether the monitor is switched on.
Ê Check whether the system unit is switched on.
Ê Check whether the power cable on the monitor is connected correctly.
Thescreen is blank (power indicator lights)
Ê Check whether the system unit is switched on.
Ê Check whether the data cable for the monitor is correctly attached to the monitor and the
monitorport on the system unit.
Ê Check whether the monitor connection of the system unit used is active.
Ê Press any key on the PC keyboard - the PC may be in energy saving mode.
Ê Change the brightness and/or the contrast; the monitor may be adjusted to the maximum dark
setting.
Thescreen display is too small or not centered
Themonitor recognizes an undefined mode (see "Technical data").
Ê Set the picture size and position with the Picture position/size button (see " Operation of the
monitor").
