KPT 2 = 1 :current sensor 2 monitors a vehicle phase
Allocate phase identity to each current sensor:
KAD 1 = 0 :sensor 1 is phase A
KAD 2 = 1 :sensor 2 id phase B
Select normal lamp monitoring (not RLM) on vehicle phases:
KRE 1 = 0 :sensor 1
KRE 2 = 0 :sensor 2
Reset the lamp monitor and enable lamp monitoring:
KLR = 1 :reset lamp characteristics
KLE = 1 :enable lamp monitoring
UExample 2 - 4 phase controller with signs
Description: Four phase intersection controller with no lamp dimming. Two of
the phases are vehicle and two are pedestrian. The controller also
drives regulatory signs and two switched signs.
The wait indicators in this example are monitored using their own current sensors,
separately from those used to monitor the pedestrian red and green (see example
3 for combined wait and pedestrian monitoring on one current sensor).
The configuration commands are detailed below.
Enable LMU write access:
AMB = 35
NEC = 249
Allocate function of current sensor 1 to 9:
KPT 1 = 1 :a vehicle phase
KPT 2 = 1 :a vehicle phase
KPT 3 = 3 :a pedestrian phase
KPT 4 = 3 :a pedestrian phase
KPT 5 = 5 :40 W wait indicators
KPT 6 = 5 :40 W wait indicators
KPT 7 = 8 :switched sign (bulb type)
KPT 8 = 9 :switched sign (tube type)
KPT 9 = 7 :regulatory sign
Allocate aspect drive identity to each current sensor:
Note: No aspect drive required for regulatory sign.
KAD 1 = 0 :sensor 1 is phase A
KAD 2 = 1 :sensor 2 is phase B
KAD 3 = 2 :sensor 3 is phase C
KAD 4 = 3 :sensor 4 is phase D
KAD 5 = 2 :sensor 5 is phase C (wait)
KAD 6 = 3 :sensor 6 is phase D (wait)
KAD 7 = 4 :sensor 7 is phase E, red drive
