6.2.4.3 The "System Restart & Defaults" WBM Menu System Restart & Defaults In this screen, there is a button with which you can restart the device and various options for
resetting to the device defaults.

Restart System Button
Click this button to restart the SCALANCE X-200. You must confirm the restart in a dialog
box. During a restart, the SCALANCE X-200 is reinitialized, the internal firmware is reloaded,
and the SCALANCE X-200 runs a self-test. The learned entries in the address table are
deleted. You can leave the browser window open while the SCALANCE X-200 restarts.
Restore Memory Defaults Button
Click on this button to restore the factory configuration settings with the exception of the
following parameters:
• IP address
• Subnet mask
• Gateway address
• IP address of the default router
• DHCP flag
• System name
• System location
