At the Microsoft .NET Framework Setup screen, click the Yes button to install the software. If you agree, choose to accept the license agreement and complete the instal- lation.
10.At the PortalPlayer™ Welcome screen, click the Next button. (The PortalPlayer Service Provider is a driver that ensures proper communication between the S50 and your PC.)
11. At the License Agreement screen, click Yes if you accept the license agreement.
