10. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

Prima di ogni intervento occorre disinserire l’alimentazione elettrica all’apparecchio.

Non utilizzare un getto di vapore per pulire l’interno del forno.

10.1 Pulizia dell’acciaio inox

Per una buona conservazione dell’acciaio inox occorre pulirlo regolarmente al termine di ogni uso del forno, dopo averlo lasciato raffreddare.

10.2 Pulizia ordinaria giornaliera

Per pulire e conservare le superfici in acciaio inox usare sempre e solo prodotti specifici che non contengano abrasivi o sostanze acide a base di cloro.

Modo d’uso: versare il prodotto su un panno umido e passare sulla superficie, risciacquare accuratamente e asciugare con uno straccio morbido o con una pelle di daino.

Evitare nel modo più assoluto l’uso di spugne metalliche e raschietti taglienti per non danneggiare le superfici.

Evitare di fare seccare all’interno del forno dei residui di cibo a base zuccherina (es. marmellata). Seccandosi troppo a lungo potrebbero rovinare lo smalto che ricopre l’interno del forno.
