ON-OFF and washing and
drying programme
selection knob
This knob lets you:
• switch the machine on and off by moving it in either
direction fr om the OFF posit ion (knob indicator
vertical)
• select washing temperatures within the various
fabric sectors by turning it in both directions
• select the drying programme
The knob does not rotate while the programme is running.
The programme is electronically controlled by the machine.

Delay timer shown on
display LED – (only for
models with this option)
This LED indicates that the display is showing the time
selected for the delay timer.

Time remaining shown on
display LED
This LED indicates that the display is showing the total
duration of the selected programm e before the progr amme
starts, and the time remaining while the pr ogramme is
running.

Spin speed shown on
display LED
This LED indicates tha t the display is showing the maximum
spin speed for the selected programme. It stays on while spin
speed is being selected with the relative button.

rying programme for
normal garments shown on
display LED
This LED indicates the selection of the normal drying
programme (drying temperature 90°C – for resistant
items, cottons).

Drying programme for
delicates shown on display
LED
This LED indicates the selection of the delicate drying
programme (drying temperature 60°C – for synthetics,
delicates).

Display
The display shows the following information:
1. time remaining for the selected programme, given
in hours/minutes.
2. delayed start (for models featuring this option).
Given in hours/minutes. When the time remaining
before the programme starts is less than 60 minutes,
this information is given in minutes/seconds.
3. spin speed
4. drying times given in hours/minutes
5. cycle pause - flashing STOP
6. end of cycle - END
7. error codes
8. automatic drying programme (Aut1 or Aut2)
