Cause and/or Corrective Action

• The START/STOP MODE switch is set to 5 SEC or ANTI

GROUND SHOOTING .

• The battery is dead.

mUse a charged battery pack or the AC power adaptor.

• Moisture condensation has occurred.

mRemove the cassette and leave the camcorder for at least

1 hour. (p. 52)

• You pressed DATE and TIME together for more than 2

seconds.

mThe camcorder is not malfunctioning. You may start

• The lithium battery is weak or dead.
