Press SHUFFLE repeatedly to select the item. If the player is stopped, press H to start Shuffle Play.
zYou can also display the Control Menu by pressing DISPLAY. Use X/x instead of v/V.
To return to normal play
While pressing SHIFT, press VOL – (CLEAR on the remote), or select “OFF” in Step 3.
Note
Up to 200 chapters in a disc can be played in random order when “CHAPTER” is selected.
Playing repeatedly (Repeat Play)
You can play all of the titles or tracks on a disc or a single title, chapter, or track repeatedly.
You can use a combination of Shuffle or Program Play modes.
1 While pressing SHIFT, press V twice.
The Control Menu is displayed.
2 Press v/V to select | (REPEAT), |
then press ENTER. |

The options for “REPEAT” appear.
3 Press v/V to select the item.
xWhen playing a DVD
•DISC: Repeats all of the titles.
•TITLE: Repeats the current title on a disc.
•CHAPTER: Repeats the current chapter.
xWhen playing a VIDEO CD or CD
•DISC: Repeats all of the tracks on a disc.
•TRACK: Repeats the current track.
xDuring Program Play or Shuffle Play
•ON: Repeats Program Play or Shuffle Play.
4 Press ENTER during playback.
If the player is stopped, press ENTER followed by NX.
5 While pressing SHIFT, press V (twice for
a DVD) to turn off the Control Menu.
