You can change the focus method. Use the menu when it is difficult to get the proper focus in auto focus mode.
(Multi AF) | Focuses on a subject in all ranges of the finder frame |

•AF stands for Auto Focus.
•When you use Digital Zoom, the AF range finder frame is disabled and appears in a dotted line. In this case, the camera works to focus on the subjects at the center of the screen.
•You can change the focus method only when [Face Detection] is set to [Off].
•You can select only [Multi AF] when shooting movies.
•The Focus preset distance setting contains some errors, and this error increases when the zoom is set to the T side or the lens is tilted upward or downward.
