Installing the Accessories (Wall-Mount Bracket)xTo Customers:
For product protection and safety reasons, Sony strongly recommends that installing of your TV be
performed by Sony dealers or licensed contractors. Do not attempt to install it yourself.
xTo Sony Dealers and Contractors:
Provide full attention to safety during the installation, periodic maintenance and examination of this
product.
Your TV can be installed using the SU-WL50B/SU-WL500 (except KDL-26EX550) (page 29) Wall-Mount
Bracket (sold separately) and SU-WL100 (KDL-26EX550 only) (page 30) Wall-Mount Bracket (sold
separately).
• Refer to the Instructions supplied with the Wall-Mount Bracket to properly carry out the installation.
• See page 7 (Detaching the Table-Top Stand from the TV).
When installing the base bracket on the wall (for SU-WL50B):
1Install one side of each plate to the upper bracket and the other side to the lower bracket.
2Attach the base bracket to the wall.
3Remove the plates. (except KDL-26EX550)

•Be sure to store the plates in a safe place after use.
Sufficient expertise is required for installing this product, especially to determine the strength of the
wall for withstanding the TV’s weight. Be sure to entrust the attachment of this product to the wall to
Sony dealers or licensed contractors and pay adequate attention to safety during the installation.
Sony is not liable for any damage or injury caused by mishandling or improper installation.
