How to reset TV to factory settings
sTurn off the main power of the TV set. While holding down RESET on the remote control, turn on the main power of the TV set. Turn on the TV. While holding down RESET on the remote control, press POWER on the media receiver unit. (The TV will turn itself off, then back on again.) Release RESET.
