Additional Information

Self-diagnosis function

The TV is equipped with a self-diagnosis function. If there is a problem with your TV, the STANDBY/ SLEEP indicator on the front panel will flash in orange repeatedly. Writing down the duration of flashes and interval between flashes helps you inform qualified Sony personnel of the TV’s condition.

STANDBY/SLEEP indicator (flashing in orange)

1Measure how long the STANDBY/SLEEP indicator flashes and stops flashing.

For example, the indicator flashes for 2 seconds, stops flashing for 1 second, and flashes for 2 seconds.

2Press POWER on the TV to turn it off, and disconnect the AC power adaptor and cord, then inform qualified Sony personnel or the Direct Response Center/Customer Relations Center of how the indicator flashes (duration and interval).
