due to timeout problems, matching root certificates must exist on both devices to enable a smooth reconnection. Otherwise you will be prompted to accept the connection everytime it goes down.

Check with your IT department which certificates and settings you must use.

Note: It is not recommended to enable direct push synchronization without having a matching set of root certificates on the server and the phone.

If you lose your phone

If your phone gets stolen or lost, immediately report the loss to your IT department.They can do a remote wipe of secret or sensitive data on the phone.
