Notes on using your computer

Floppy disk and “Memory Stick”

•Be sure to format a floppy disk and“Memorya Stick” using your camera (page 81). You cannot format a floppy disk or a “Memory Stick” from a computer connected using the USB cable.

•Use the DOS/V format 2HD type floppy disk. A computer cannot correctly recognize a floppy disk other than this type.

•Do not compress the data on“Memorythe Stick.” Compressed files cannot be played back on your camera.
