The exposure and focus are adjusted automatically to the center of the display because the player has the AE/AF (automatic exposure/automatic focus) function. The minimum focus distance to the subject is 50 cm (20 inches). When the distance to the subject is less than 50 cm, use the macro recording mode (page 32).
