Editing recorded tracks on the MD

Erasing a portion of a track

By using the Divide (page 37), Erase (page 34) and

Combine (page 39) functions, you can erase specific

portions of a track.

Example: Erasing a portion of track A

1Divide A into three parts (page 37).

2Erase A#2 (page 34).

3Combine A#1 and A#3 (page 39).

Note After you

stop

recording,

do not disconnect the

AC power cord or

move the player

while “TOC EDIT” is

flashing in the

display. If you do so,

recording may not be

done properly.
