Troubleshooting
If you experience any of the following difficulties while using the speakers, use this troubleshooting guide to help you remedy the problem. Should any problem persist, consult your nearest Sony dealer.

Remote Commander
Sony batteries
/Move the connecting cord away from any transformers or motors and least 3 meters (10 feet) from any fluorescent lights.
/Connect the speakers to your VCR or cable box instead of your TV (see page 9).
Remote operations cannot be performed.
/Point the remote towards the remote sensor on the left front speaker.
/Remove any obstructions between the remote and this system's left front speaker.
/Replace the batteries in the remote.
