Connecting an External Display

To connect a computer display or a projector

The monitor port on your computer is not functional when the computer is atta ched to the docking station.

The DVI-D port on the docking station is functional only on models with t he NVIDIA video controller.

1Plug the power cord (1) of your external display or the projector into an AC outlet.

2Connect the external display or the projector to the monitor por t (2) on the computer or the docking station with a display

cable (3).

If necessary, connect the headphones jack on the projector and the headphones jack (4) i on the comput er with a speaker cable (5).
