To set when reminders should sound

1From standby select Menu > Organizer > Tasks.

2Scroll to a task and select Options > Reminders.

3Select an option.

A reminders option set in tasks affects a reminders option set in calendar.

Make sure the receiving device supports the transfer method you select.

To use an item in a note

1When you view the note, select a phone number, email or Web address.

2Select Options > Use.

3 Select an option.

Notes

You can make notes and save them. You can also show a note in standby.

To add a note

1From standby select Menu > Organizer > Notes.

2Scroll to New note and select Add.

3 Write a note and select Save.

To show a note in standby

1From standby select Menu > Organizer > Notes.

2Scroll to a note and select Options > Show in standby.

To send a note

1From standby select Menu > Organizer > Notes.

2Scroll to a note and select Options > Send.

3Select a transfer method.

Timer, stopwatch and calculator

To use the timer

1From standby select Menu > Organizer > Timer.

2Enter the hours, minutes and seconds.

3 Select Start.

To use the stopwatch

1From standby select Menu > Organizer > Stopwatch > Start.

2To view a new lap time, select Lap.

To use the calculator

1From standby select Menu > Organizer > Calculator.

2 Press or to select ÷ x - + . % =.
