You can return the phone to its original state by deleting the changes that you have made to settings, and the content that you have added or edited.
•If you select Reset settings, some settings in the phone will be lost.
•To delete all contacts, messages and other personal data such as games and music and some settings, select Reset all.

If you select Reset all, some pictures, melodies and templates which come with your phone will be deleted.

Why doesn’t the phone work the way I want?
