Security for a connection between a WAP gateway and a WAP service provider is the responsibility of the WAP service provider.
To turn on a secure connection (WAP)

Trusted certificates To establish a secure connection when using certain Internet services, for example, banking, you need certificates in your phone. Trusted certificates are used to verify the WAP gateway or the HTTP server that you are trying to connect to. Your phone may already contain trusted certificates when you buy it. You can also download new certificates using the browser.
