Accept calls
With the accept calls service, you can choose to receive calls only from certain numbers or from members of a group. Other calls are automatically rejected by a busy tone. The phone numbers of calls you have rejected are saved in the Call List.
To add numbers to the accepted callers list
1.Scroll to Calls, YES, Manage Calls, YES, Accept Calls, YES, Accepted List, YES.
2.Scroll to Add New, YES.
This takes you to the phonebook.
3.Select an entry, YES.
To select an accept option
•Scroll to Calls, YES, Manage Calls, YES, Accept Calls, YES, Accept Options.
Showing or hiding your number
If your subscription supports the Calling Line Identification Restriction (CLIR) service, you can hide your phone number when making a call.

To show or hide your phone number
1.Enter the phone number you want to call.
2.Scroll to Calls, YES, Next Call, YES.
3.Select Hide My Number or ShowMyNumber and press YES to make the call.
TTY Functionality
With a special accessory, you can use your TTY terminal with your Sony Ericsson mobile phone. For TTY to work in the GSM network, TTY must be selected in the phone and a TTY Accessory used prior to transmitting and
receiving TTY calls. Activate TTY by doing the following:
1.Scroll to Settings, YES, Handsfree, YES, TTY Accessory, YES.
2.To use a TTY device, select On.
3.The TTY icon will appear on the standby screen when the setting is On and a TTY accessory is connected.
Note: TTY is intended to be used with a TTY Accessory connected to the 2.5 mm adapter. Both accessories are available from the Sony Ericsson Special Needs Center (see “Accessible Solutions/Special Needs” on page 66).
