
24 Section 2A. Phone Basics
䢇Call History checks your call log for Recent calls. You
can also erase the logs from this menu.
䢇Contacts accesses the Contacts menu.
䢇3-Way Call allows you to talk to two different people at
the same time. (For more information, see “Making a
Three-Way Call” on page 98.)
䢇Messaging accesses the Messaging menu options.
䢇Tools accesses the Tools menu options.
䢇Phone Info displays the following menu options:
䡲Phone Number - your phone number
䡲Icon Glossary - a list of currently available icons
䡲Version - phone software version
䡲Advanced - additional technical information
Press Mute (left softkey) during a call to mute the
microphone. Press Unmute (left softkey) to unmute the
microphone.
䡲While muted, the Mute icon ( ) is displayed on
the upper-left of the main display screen.
End-of-Call OptionsAfter you receive a call from or make a call to a phone
number that is not in your Contacts, the phone number
and the duration of the call are displayed. Press
Next > Save (right softkey) to add the new number to
your Contacts. (See “Saving a Phone Number” below.)
After you receive a call from or make a call to a phone
number that is already in your Contacts, the entry
name, phone number, and the duration of the call are
displayed. Press Next (right softkey) to view the Post
Call options menu.
To access the end-of-call options:
䊳Press Next (right softkey) to select either:
䡲Call Again: to redial the last connected phone
number.
䡲Send Message: to send the contact a message.
䡲Save: to add the new number to your Contacts list.
Note The End-of-Call options are not displayed for calls
identified as No ID or Restricted.
