(Alternating) Connection is active (data is being transferred). Outgoing calls cannot be made, incoming calls go directly to voicemail.
Connection is active, but no data is being transferred. Outgoing calls cannot be made, incoming calls go directly to voicemail.
Connection is inactive (no data is being transferred). Outgoing calls can be made and incoming calls can be received.
