Sand save
Sand save determines that the player has succeeded to recover from a bunker and score a par.
NOTE: The sand save takes into account all holes where you made a bunker mark- ing. To maintain the correct sand save percentage, you need to mark a bunker also on the holes where you did not score a par. Otherwise the Sand save % will show 100%.
The Sand save does not distinguish the number of putts used and thus it will not determine if your sand save was accomplished from a green bunker unless you inten- tionally only mark green bunkers.
Formula:
sANDSAVE% = SAND SAVE MARKINGS / (NUMBER OF HOLES WITH SAND SAVE OR BUNKER MARKINGS) X 100%
