REMOVING THE MOWER DECK

1.Turn off engine and engage parking brake.

2.Rotate cutting height lever counterclockwise to lowest cutting position.

3.Remove bolt from pickup point located at the front of the deck.

4.Remove cotter pins on rear hanger points and slide out stabilizer bars.Disconnect tension spring bolt from tension bracket.

5.Remove belt from mower pulley and electric clutch.

6.Slide mower deck from under unit.

INSTALLING THE MOWER DECK

1.Be sure the cutting height lever is in the lowest position.

2.Position mower deck under unit.

3.Install belt around mower pulley and electric clutch.

4.Install stabilizer bars into rear hanger brackets through lift points and install cotter pins. Be sure eye bolt is between bracket sides.

5.Install bolt in front hanger bracket passing through eyebolt in the same manner as rear and tighten snug.

6.Reattach tension spring bolt and tighten.

It is recommended to remove the

deck to sharpen the blades.

Remove belt

Remove eye-bolts (2 rear & 1 front)
