PROGRAMMED PLAYBACK

You can determine the playing order of tracks.

1In the stop mode, press [MODE].

• The PROGRAM screen appears.

5Press [STOP C] to temporarily stop the playback. You can resume the playback by pressing [PLAY B].

Press [STOP C] twice to cancel the pro- grammed playback.

NOTE:

REPEAT setting is available during programmed playback. (Refer to "REPEAT TRACK" on page 19.)

2Use [K / L] to select a track,

then press [ENTER].

Press [CLEAR] to erase the most recently entered track.

If you enter more than 8 tracks, you can change pages of the program list with [SKIP H / G].

To erase all tracks in the program at once, select "ALL CLEAR" at the bottom of the track list.

RANDOM PLAYBACK

This function shuffles the playing order of tracks.

1 In the stop mode, press

RANDOM

[MODE] twice.

3Repeat step 2 until you select all the tracks you want to play in the program.

4Press [PLAY B] to play the programmed tracks.

2Press [PLAY B] to start random playback.

NOTE:

REPEAT setting is available during random playback. (Refer to "REPEAT TRACK" on page 19.)

3Press [STOP C] to stop random playback.

ON-SCREEN INFORMATION

You can check the information about the current disc by pressing [DISPLAY].

For DVD-Videos

1Press [DISPLAY] during playback to show cur- rent Chapter.

For Audio CDs

1Press [DISPLAY] during playback to show the current Track.

• The elapsed and remaining playing time of the current chapter will be displayed.
