5Exit the V-Chip setting mode

Press the MENU button on the remote control to enter the setting and exit the screen.

V-CHIP SET UP SUB RATINGS

When you select the ratings of TV-Y7,TV-PG,TV-14 or TV-MA you will have the option of selecting sub rating categories.

3 Select “TV RATING”	– V-CHIP SET UP –
	B TV RATING
Press the PLAY/K or STOP/L but-	MPAA RATING
	CHANGE CODE

Then, press the F.FWD/B button.
4 Selecting Sub-Ratings”
Press the STOP/L button to select	TV–Y7	[BLOCK]
the sub-rating you wish to block.	B FV	[BLOCK]

Then, press the F.FWD/B button.

•When you select [TV-Y7]:

Press the STOP/L or PLAY/K button to select “FV” (Fantasy Violence).

Then, press the F.FWD/B button to select [BLOCK] or [VIEW].

•When you select [TV-PG], [TV-14] or [TV-MA]:

a station that is not protected. If the (PROTECTED) appears on the screen, please change the channel to a station that is not protected.

1)Follow steps [1] and [2].

2)Press the F.FWD/B button to select "TV RAT- ING". Select a TV rating to be unblocked by press- ing the PLAY/K or STOP/L button.

Then press the F.FWD/B button to unblock the rating.

3)Press the MENU button on the remote control to exit the screen.

Press the STOP/L or PLAY/K button to select “D”(Suggestive Dialog), “L”(Coarse Language), “S”(Sexual Situation), or “V”(Violence). Then, press the F.FWD/B button to select [BLOCK] or [VIEW].

Press the MENU button on the remote control to enter the setting and exit the screen.

XMature audience only

•When you select the rating category and turn it [BLOCK], the higher rating will turn [BLOCK] automatically. Also, the lower rating will turn [VIEW] automatically.

•When you turn “G” to [VIEW], then all ratings will turn to [VIEW] automatically.
