Appendix AError Codes

If an error occurs during execution of Ir-Transfer Utility C or E DLL, one of the error codes

from Table 1-1 is returned.

Table 1-1. Error Codes

Code Description

0Normal end.

1Ir-Transfer Utility C DLL could not find the designated file.

2Filename entered in the wrong format.

3The total number of the records specified in a file e xceeds 32767.

4The data field is out of range from 1 to 254 digits in length.

5The number of fields is out of the range from 1 to 16.

6The total number of de signated fields and len gth of all data field s exceeds 255 bytes.

7You entered no field opt ion (undefined option) which i s not to be specified for

downloading a program file.

8No field option was entered when downloading a data file.

9An undefined option was entered.

51 Communications error.

The sending timer has timed out.

52 Communications error.

The receiving timer has timed out.
