Update MeetingServices database
1.Open the stconfig.nsf database from the Lotus Notes/Administrator client.
2.Open the database by
–Choose the Sametime server’s name in the dropdown list (server), and enter stconfig.nsf in the Filename field
–Press Open
3.Open the MeetingServices Form by highlighting By Form, and double click MeetingServices in the Form Name column
