Control Commands

Remote Mode
All types of data may be entered by connecting the BC-418to a PC and switching to Remote mode.
Switching to Remote Mode
1. When the unit is switched off, press the [ ]
and [ ] keys simultaneously.
Note The default setting is off.
2. Press [0], [8].
3. Switch Remote mode on and off by pressing [1]
or [0].
[1] :Enables Remote mode
[0] :Disables Remote mode
4. Press [ ] to confirm.
5. Push the [ ] key.
Only "r S" will appear (standby display).
Note To switch off Remote mode, start
from the beginning again and
select "OFF" at Step 3.
