PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The TASCAM CD-160mkII offers a simple, cost effective solution to installations where the extra features of a more complex CD player might go unused. Yet the CD-160mkII still provides features such as MP3 playback, Pitch Control
with an on/off knob, Headphone Output w/Level Control, Intro Check (via the remote control), and a variety of playback modes which can help prevent the user from making a mistake. The wireless remote (included) provides the ability to access the track directly via a 10-key pad and search for a track name during the playback of an MP3 disk.

The TASCAM CD-160mkII is a 2U rack mountable single disk player with a powered loading tray. The CD player offers 12% +/- Pitch Control with an on/off knob, a Headphone Output w/level control, 40-seconds of ESP (Electronic Shock Protection), Into Check, and Shuffle, Repeat, and Program Play Modes. It provides Single repeat, all repeat, and folder repeat (Repeat Album) for MP3 discs.
The CD-160mkII is equipped with rear panel unbalanced (RCA) outputs. The CD-160mkII is capable of playing back MP3 files on CD and CD-R/RW CDs. The CD player’s pickup is 3-beam, semiconductor laser with a digital filter of 8x oversampling.
