6- MP3 playback
This unit can play back MP3 file discs that meet the following requirements.
•Disc:
•File format: MPEG 1 Audio Layer 3
•Bit rate: 32 to 192 kbps (VBR is not supported)
•Sampling frequency: 44.1k Hz, mono or stereo
•File extensions: mp3, Mp3, mP3, MP3
•ID3 tags are supported.
Playback range selection
MP3 file playback can be set to either play all tracks in the currently selected folder or all tracks on the disc (in all folders). Use the Setup menu FOLDER item to choose this option.
ªFolder selection
Press a SKIP key while holding down the SHIFT key to select folders.
Set the FOLDER menu item to OFF (default setting) to select complete disc playback. Set it to ON to play only the tracks in the selected folder.
