In title input mode, press to cancel the input of characters and exit title input mode (see “Title input method” on page 26).
ePLAY
When stopped or in playback standby, press to start playback.
When in recording standby, press to start recording.
rEJECT
Press to eject the MD disc.
tESC/CLR
In menu mode, press this key to return to the previous menu level (see
When inputting a track number, press this key to clear the track number.
During program input, the track of the currently selected program number is removed from the program.
In title input mode, the character at the cursor position is erased.
yENTER
In program mode, press to confirm the selected track.
In menu mode, press to confirm menu items and settings.

In menu mode, use to select menu items and values. In title input mode, use to select characters to input. In editing mode, used to select editing menu items. Use to skip tracks at all other times.
