Playing a CD 1
1Press the POWER switch to turn the unit ON.
2Press the CD button to select "CD".
Press the FUNCTION button repeatedly to select "CD", when using the remote control unit.
<When no disc is in the unit, "no dISC" will be displayed.
3Press L to open the disc cover.
4Place a disc with the printed label face up, and close the cover by hand.
<Never place more than one disc in the CD player.
<When closing, press L on the cover.
<The total number of the tracks and total play time of the disc is displayed.
<It takes a few seconds for the unit to read the contents of the disc. No button will work during reading. Wait until the total number of the tracks and total play time of the disc is displayed.
5Press the PLAY/PAUSE button (y/J) to start playback.
Playback starts from the first track. When playback of all the tracks has finished, the unit stops automatically.
ATo stop playback
Press the STOP button (H) to stop playback.
BTo suspend playback temporarily (pause mode)
Press the PLAY/PAUSE button (y/J). Playback stops at the current position. To resume playback, press the PLAY/PAUSE button (y/J) again.

Lecture du CD 1
1 Appuyer sur le commutateur d’alimentation pour allumer l’appareil.
2Appuyer sur la touche CD pour choisir “CD”
Appuyez sur la touche FUNCTION répététivement pour choisir “CD”, quand vous utilisez la télécommande.
<Si il n’y a pas de disque dans l’appareil “no dISC”.
3Appuyez sur L pour ouvrir le couvercle du disque.
4Déposer le disque, face imprimée vers le haut et fermer le tirroir manuellement.
<Ne jamais déposer plus d’un disque dans l’appareil.
<Pour fermer, appuyez sur L sur le couvercle.
<Le nombre total de playes et la durée totale de lecture du disque s'affichent.
<L’appareil prend quelque secondes pour lire le contenu du disque. Aucune touche fonctionne durant cette lecture. Attendre que le nombre total de pistes et la durée totale de lecture du disque est affiché.
5Appuyer sur la touche PLAY/PAUSE (y/J) pour débuter la lecture
La lecture débute à la première piste. Quand toute les pistes ont jouées, l’appareil s’arrête automatiquement.
APour l’arrêt de la lecture
Appuyer sur la touche STOP (H) pour arrêter la lecture.
BPour un arrêt momentanné de la lecture (mode pause)
Appuyer sur la touche PLAY/PAUSE (y/J). La lecture s’arrête à la position courante. Pour continuer la lecture appuyer sur la touche PLAY/PAUSE (y/J) de nouveau.
