5.4 SpeedTouch™ Dépannage du CD d'installation

Le CD du SpeedTouch™ ne démarre pas automatiquement

L’assistant ne détecte pas de connexion

Dans MS Windows :

1Dans la barre des tâches Windows, cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer.

2Sélectionnez Exécuter.

3Dans le champ Ouvrir, entrez le chemin suivant : D:\Menu.exe, où D correspond à la lettre d’unité de votre lecteur de CD-ROM.

Dans Mac OS X :

1Sur votre bureau, double-cliquez sur l’icône du CD.

2Double-cliquez sur Configurer.

Si l'Assistant d'installation domotique ne détecte pas de connexion à votre SpeedTouch™, une fenêtre erreur apparaît.

Dans ce cas, vérifiez les points suivants :

Le SpeedTouch™ est sous tension et entièrement initialisé.

Votre PC a une adresse IP valide (à savoir n’importe quelle adresse sauf 0.0.0.0).

Dans MS Windows :

1Dans la barre des tâches, cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer.

2Sélectionnez Exécuter.

3Tapez cmd dans le champ Ouvrir.

4Cliquez sur OK. Une fenêtre noire apparaît avec un curseur clignotant.

5Tapez ipconfig /all, puis appuyez sur Entrée.

Dans MS Windows 98 ou MS Windows Millennium, tapez winipcfg, puis appuyez sur Entrée.

6Votre adresse IP s’affiche.
