2 Installation de base

Avant de commencer Veuillez lire les consignes de sécurité et les informations réglementaires préalablement à toute utilisation. Les consignes de sécurité se trouvent sur le CD d’installation et/ou peuvent également être fournies sous forme d’une brochure imprimée.

Service ADSL Le service ADSL doit être opérationnel sur votre ligne téléphonique ou RNIS.

Si les services téléphonique et ADSL sont simultanément disponibles sur la même paire torsadée, vous devez prévoir un répartiteur central ou des filtres distribués pour séparer les signaux ADSL et téléphoniques.

Les lignes téléphoniques du réseau public transportent des tensions

! pouvant entraîner une électrocution. N’essayez de configurer un répartiteur/ des filtres que s’ils ont été conçus pour être installés par un personnel non qualifié. Pour une aide complémentaire, contactez votre fournisseur de services.

Configuration exigée Pour connecter un ordinateur via Ethernet, assurez-vous que l’ordinateur est équipé d’une carte d’interface réseau Ethernet (NIC).

Pour connecter un ordinateur via USB, vous avez besoin d’un port USB libre sur cet ordinateur ou d’un concentrateur USB connecté.
