Before You Begin

The following example illustrates what you should do before operating your player.

1.These instructions presume youÕve already done the followings: ¥ Installed all necessary applications.

¥ Transferred music from your computer to the player.

¥ Allowed your player to charge for at least 3 hours while connected to the computer.

2.Updated your player software using the Auto Updater application if it was installed. See page 12 on updating your player (You must have an active Internet connection).

3.If you havenÕt unplugged the player from your computer, detach the USB cable from the player.

4.Connect the headphones to your player.

5.If your player isnÕt already on, turn it on by the ON/OFF button. The main navigation menu appears.

Note: You can reset your player at any time if there is a problem by pressing and holding the ON/OFF button for 10 seconds.
