Your video recorder automatically attributes TV channel number 99 to channel 38. This channel is usually used by satellite receivers to transmit pictures through the aerial cable to another unit (TV or video recorder in this case).
4If the channel is scrambled, choose DECODER ON with AV and enter the number of the correct channel. Validate with D.
