Spice bread

For this recipe, use the strip beaters, available from your authorised service centre Ref. SA192377.

250g wheat flour + 150g rye flour + 1 packet (11g) baking powder 150g sugar + 1 packet ( 7.5g) vanilla sugar

spices: cinnamon (4g), cardamon ( 1g), aniseed (1g), nutmeg (0.2g, 1 pinch) 250g liquid honey, 1 whole egg, 50 ml milk

-pour the 2 flours, baking powder and 2 sugars into a salad bowl.

-grind the spices and add to the preparation

-add the honey, egg and milk

-mix using position “5” for 1 minute, then set aside for 10 minutes before mixing for 10 seconds in the “Turbo” position.

Pour the batter in a buttered cake pan and bake in the oven for 1 hour on thermostat set to position 5.
