Instructions for use

You may control the kitchen hood by operating the controls as shown in the diagram.

Switch on the extractor fan a few minutes before you start to cook in order to ensure that a steady air flow has been established before fumes appear.

Allow the extractor fan to run for several minutes after you have finished cooking (between 3 to 5 minutes) in order to expel all the grease from the outlet duct. This prevents the return of grease, smoke and smells.

Activation of the clock:

1)Push the ‘clock’ button.

2)Adjust the flickering hour digits by pressing ‘-‘ or ‘+’.

3)Push the ‘clock’ button.

4)Adjust the flickering minute digits by pressing ‘-‘ or ‘+’.

5)Push the clock button in order to save the changes.

Light display:

To switch the light display off push the ‘clock’ button

at the moment that the cooker hood is in operation.

When the cooker hood is switched off, the display

will faint away in 40 seconds. To switch the light

display on again, push the ‘clock’ button when the

cooker hood is in operation.

Program the period of aspiration.

1) Switch on the cooker hood and choose the

aspiration speed that you wish.

2) Push the ‘Timer’ button.

3) Select the programming time that you wish by

ENG

pressing ‘-‘ or ‘+’. The minimum time is 1 minute, the

maximum time is 99 minutes.

4) After selection of the programming time push the

‘Timer’ button in order to save the changes. The

time and the remaining programming time are

displayed alternatively.

The maximum speed ‘H’ can only be selected

manually and will be changed automatically to the

velocity of level 2 after approximately 10 minutes.

Saturation of the filter:

When the sign ‘Saturation of the filters’ is on, the

filters should be cleaned (turn to page 4: ‘Cleaning

of the filters’). After cleaning the filters push the sign

‘Saturation of the filters’ to switch it off.

Automatic mode:

When the ‘Auto’ button is pushed the humidity

detector will be activated. The sensor will turn red

and the indication ‘auto’ will light up on the right side

of the display.

Depending on the detected level of humidity the

cooker hood will automatically choose one of the

first 3 speeds. A few moments after the

disappearance of the humidity it will automatically

turn off.

If the ‘Auto’ button is pushed while the sensor is red

the humidity detector will be deactivated. The colour

of the sensor will turn white.
