Generel metode til udskrivning på konvolutter

1.Opret et dokument, der svarer til konvoluttens mål, i dit program. Se side 16 vedrørende udskriftsområdet og margenerne for de understøttede konvolutter.

Mange programmer indeholder en funktion til oprettelse af en konvolut. Se side 35, hvis du bruger Microsoft Word for Windows, eller side 36, hvis du bruger Macintosh. Se side 37, hvis du bruger andre Macintosh-programmer. Se dokumentationen til programmet, hvis du bruger andre programmer.

2.Vælg følgende fra programmet eller printerdriveren:

Vælg papirretningen Landscape (Liggende).

Vælg konvolutformatet.

Vælg Manual Feed-Paper (Manuel fødning) som Paper Source (Papirkilde).

Hvis programmet har en funktion til oprettelse af konvolutter, skal du vælge den fødningsmetode, der svarer til illustrationen i trin 4.
