•Unit is working properly, but no video source is present.

•Firefly™not turned on.
•Firefly™not connected to AC wall outlet.
•AC wall outlet defective.
•Computer or video cable not secure.
•No video signal from computer or video source.
•Incompatible video signal from computer.
•Projector lamp burned out.
•Weak video signal or poor VCR tracking.
No image on computer monitor
•Computer or monitor video cable not secure.
•Monitor power off or disconnected.
•Firefly™not connected to AC wall outlet.
•No video signal from computer.
Poor color or no color
•Adjust brightness, tint, and contrast controls.
•Wrong inverse mode; change
INVERSE
setting.
•Signal from computer is monochrome.
•Computer video cable not secure.
•Select a different color mode using the
PALETTE
function.
•Adjust room lighting.
Flickering or unstable image
•Focus needed; use the
FOCUS
control (there are eight possible
settings).
